Yoshi Hampl

Yoshi Hampl hails from the enchanting land of Austria. He creates his music using the bass, drums and electronics. Yoshi's musical diversity is impressive. He is able to travel through different musical elements rocking it funky style (compelling the listener to shake their groove thang- as in Mano0908 and Lass Di Gehen) as well as touching on complicated elements of classical compositioning and the smooth rhythms of jazz.

The Collective Dub Aware soundsystem has been in existance since September 2001. Made up of Yoshi Hampl, Alex Mayer and the Waz Exp. Since that time the group has produced the music that they love to play. These dedicated musicians have played over 60 live shows at the Treibhaus. Their shows have presented dozens of special guests like, Markus Reuter and Manu Delago. Their first CD was produced in 2003 and was maxi with dub aware on musicpark records, and the videoclip Almerer was shown in 2006 in Abijan in the Ivory Coast during a film festival. 2006 10" 6020 for musicpark records was produced It was hosted by Medien. Kunst. Tirol. that produces different sountracks for movies, theatre and dance performances:
