On One Of His Many Grassroots Music Projects-Caeser Williams III (far
left) is pictured here along with a local rapper and musician working
on a film project that the legendary grassroots musician is involved in
. Williams was approached by local Philadelphia Art Institute
film students
interested in doing a
documentary on the real life and times of the Philadelphia music
scene, the development of rap and rock music in the city. The film
culminates with a brilliant musical collabortion between Maj Toure
(pictured in center) and Williams. The viewing is

Hood,
a lifetime friend, photographer, audio engineer and lifelong friend of
Williams is now a graduating student who is student involved in the
project. Pictured here Hood prepares to work on the film.
